First Instance Court
- Marriott – The judge declared the Marriott timeshare contract null under Law 42/1998 due to missing information about the contract duration. This claim involved three separate contracts, so the amount awarded combines USD and GBP and has been converted at today’s exchange rate. Amount awarded: £32,080.
- Silverpoint – The judge declared the contract null and void, and the matter is already included in Silverpoint’s insolvency proceedings. Amount awarded: £22,756.
- Club La Costa – The judge declared the contract null and void under Law 42/1998 due to missing information about the contract duration. Amount awarded: £16,944.
Appeals
- Anfi – Court of Appeal No. 3 in Las Palmas, Gran Canaria confirmed the first instance judgment remains in force. The contract had been declared null and void due to lack of information about the contract period under Law 04/2012. Amount awarded: £29,988.
- Anfi – The same court also confirmed three further first instance judgments remain in force. These contracts were declared null and void due to missing information about the accommodation and the period under Law 04/2012. Total amount awarded: £32,034.
