Free Yourself from your RCI Timeshare,
Save Thousands in Future Fees & Claim Money Back

  • Are your RCI Timeshare fees too high & rising each year?

  • Do you find it hard to book the holidays you were promised?

  • Can't sell or even give away your Timeshare?

  • Did you pay a deposit or sign for finance on the day?

  • Do you just want to get out your RCI Timeshare for good?

Timeshare Advice Centre provides independent, expert advice and services to members of many types of timeshare, points & holiday ownership schemes and has already helped a high number of RCI Timeshare Weeks or Points owners who were looking for a way out of their long-term contracts.

And now, following a series of groundbreaking Court judgments on Mis-Sold Timeshare - with full refunds of up to £40,000 being awarded to timeshare customers - it is important that you find out your rights and see if you may also be entitled to a refund on grounds of mis-selling.

The RCI timeshare owners who contact us often report high, fast-increasing maintenance fees; great difficulty in booking the holidays they want due to poor availability (even though the same resort/date is advertised as being available to the paying public); frequent pressure to upgrade to more expensive membership levels; broken promises in regards to how points can be used or banked; and general dissatisfaction that their timeshare experiences are now falling well short of what was promised when they first bought into the RCI concept.

Your Stories

9th October 2017 - Mr Martin C – RCI/Anfi Group

"I paid a deposit in 2007 for a fixed week in Anfi del Mar Beach club. Had to use finance for the purchase with monthly instalments. It’s a rip-off, you get sucked in with their sales pitch and scare-mongering about prices of holidays, but with maintenance fees, flights, meals and everything it works out really expensive in the end."

4th October 2017 - Miss Carmen B, Berkshire - Club Riza/RCI

"This timeshare belongs to my very elderly grandmother, it expires in 2035. She is now stuck paying maintenance charges yet has not been to Club Riza for over 20 years as she is too old to travel. We have no idea how we can get rid of this liability and we do not want to be stuck with it after she dies."

2nd October 2017 - Mrs Elisabeth W, Suffolk – RCI/Silverpoint

"They persuaded us to switch to Silverpoint from RCI as the resort is no longer affiliated, so we parted with another £9,995."

16th September 2017 - Mrs B G, South Yorks – RCI / Crown Resorts

"Purchased in 2005, sold to us an investment. Unable to get the use out of it so a few times we have gone somewhere in the UK though there is not much choice due to availability. Due to my husband now ailing & unable to travel far and the maintenance charges have got expensive, plus the reservation charges it all works out that we are paying good money for nothing, can you please advise how we can get out of it."

16th August 2017 - Mrs Jane T , West Yorkshire - RCI Fixed Week

"Have owned timeshare at Sunset Bay for a long time, but costs of maintenance and exchange plus RCI membership continue to rise but accommodation standards do not. Now have also to pay to combine any points balance from one year to the next to have enough for required exchange. How can we get out of this?"

9th August 2017 - Mrs Lynne H, County Durham - RCI Fixed Week

"Paid large deposit on the day. Had to make decision to buy without giving us time to read the policy. Appeared good buy but was then asked for more money quarterly. And more still to exchange to another resort."
