M1 Legal has recently defeated Silverpoint in a timeshare court case heard in Arona, Tenerife. The court found in favour of M1 Legal after determining that the Silverpoint contract did not include the minimum accommodation information required by law—details that should clearly set out what the clients had purchased and when they were entitled to use it.
In practical terms, this missing information meant the agreement did not properly explain key elements of the holiday accommodation, leaving the purchase terms unclear. On that basis, the judge declared the contract null.
As a result of the contract nullity, Silverpoint was ordered to pay the clients £11,040, a figure that included legal costs.
Congratulations to M1 Legal on another strong result in Arona, Tenerife.
