Anfi sales contract nulled as null and void, £10,168 awarded in court case

Latest Recent Victories update from Timeshare Advice Centre.

Anfi Sales have been defeated in another court case pursued by M1 Legal, in which the court ruled that the Anfi sales contract was null and void. As with many similar claims, the clients’ agreement included an end date that would never actually be reached, effectively leaving the contract open-ended.

When the case was heard at court in San Bartolomé de Tirajana, the judge moved quickly to determine the outcome and confirmed that the Anfi sales contract should be treated as invalid. The decision reflects the court’s view that a contract without a genuine finish point can be unlawful, as the consumer is left without a clear, fixed term.

Following the ruling, Anfi Sales and Anfi Resorts were ordered to pay the client £10,168. This court award underlines the importance of checking whether an Anfi timeshare contract includes a real, enforceable end date, and what that means for the validity of the agreement.
