M1 Legal has reported another successful result against Anfi Sales S.L. and Anfi Resorts S.L., following a hearing at the Court of First Instance in San Bartolomé, Gran Canaria.
In this case, it was found that the timeshare contract did not set out the minimum contractual requirements. The lack of clear, required information meant the agreement did not meet the expected standards for disclosure and certainty.
The judge ordered Anfi to pay the client £10,138 and ruled that the Anfi contract was null and void. This decision brings the dispute to a clear conclusion by confirming that the contract cannot stand in its current form.
For anyone following Anfi Sales court case results, this judgment is another example of a court scrutinising whether the underlying paperwork properly sets out the required contractual details.
A strong outcome for M1 Legal and their client.
