M1 Legal are pleased to report another successful outcome against Silverpoint Vacations S.L. in a Tenerife court case.
The hearing was held at the Court of First Instance in Los Cristianos, Tenerife, where the timeshare agreement was reviewed in detail.
The court found that the Silverpoint contract was set up in perpetuity (with no end date) and that it did not include key accommodation details that should be clearly stated.
On that basis, the judge ruled that the Silverpoint contract should be deemed null and void and ordered Silverpoint Vacations S.L. to pay the client £11,253.
This decision means the agreement was treated as invalid, with the court recognising the significance of the contract’s open-ended duration and the lack of essential information about the accommodation covered.
A strong result for M1 Legal and their client, and a clear outcome from the Tenerife court in a dispute involving a timeshare perpetuity contract.
