M1 Legal has secured three separate court wins against Anfi Sales & Anfi Resorts this week, with the total awards adding up to £33,747.
Across all three cases, the clients had been sold a floating week timeshare. The court heard that each agreement failed to include key information that should have been clearly set out in the contract, such as when the clients could use the timeshare, the size of the accommodation, and where it was located.
This missing detail matters because it goes to the heart of what the customer is buying: the ability to book and enjoy a specific holiday product on clear, defined terms. With floating week arrangements, that certainty can be especially important, as use is often dependent on availability and allocation. In these cases, the required contractual specifics were not properly provided.
In each of the three claims, the judge ruled that the timeshare contracts should be treated as null and void and ordered Anfi to pay compensation. The combined result of the three rulings is a total of £33,747 awarded to the clients.
It’s a strong set of results for M1 Legal, and most importantly a positive outcome for three more clients who now have clarity on their contracts and the court-ordered payments due.
