M1 Legal has secured another win in the Spanish courts against Anfi Group in a timeshare dispute, with the judge finding the agreement was not legally valid.
The case focused on the wording of the timeshare contract and, in particular, whether the accommodation was clearly and properly identified in the agreement. In this instance, the court concluded it was not, meaning the contract did not meet the required standard of clarity. As a result, the judge declared the timeshare contract null and void and ordered the resort to pay €17,428 to the client.
This type of ruling underlines how important contract detail can be in Anfi-related timeshare claims in Spain. Where a contract fails to specify the accommodation properly, it can leave consumers with an agreement that is open to challenge. In this case, that lack of precise identification proved central to the outcome.
Two lawyers from M1 worked on the case, coordinating the preparation and court process to achieve the strongest possible result on behalf of the client. The decision delivers a clear outcome: the contract is void and a substantial payout has been awarded.
A strong result for M1 Legal and the client, and another reminder that the exact terms of a timeshare agreement can be decisive in court.
