Anfi timeshare contracts are continuing to be overturned in court, with another agreement recently struck out.
In this case, the court found that the contract was in perpetuity (with no fixed end date). The judge also noted that the accommodation and/or property description had not been set out clearly or properly within the agreement.
On that basis, the judge ruled the Anfi contract null and void and ordered Anfi to pay £9,728.00.
For timeshare owners, cases like this highlight how contract terms and documentation can make the difference, particularly where the agreement has no clear duration or where the product being purchased is not adequately described. When a court determines that a contract does not meet the required standards, it may be struck out and financial redress can be awarded.
Another happy client and a straightforward result for M1 Legal.
