Stay in touch during Covid-19 for timeshare legal advice in Spain lockdown

Latest Blog update from Timeshare Advice Centre.

Many companies and businesses around the world have been forced to close or scale back due to the Coronavirus outbreak. As you will be aware, the mandatory lockdown in Spain has restricted residents to their homes unless they need to go out for essentials such as food or medicine.

At M1 Legal, we’re able to continue supporting clients remotely, with our legal team working safely from home. The health and overall wellbeing of our staff is our highest priority, and our office will remain closed until we’re advised it is safe to reopen. If you have questions or need legal assistance during the Spain lockdown, our team is still easy to reach online. Please note that, as the Spanish courts are currently closed, we will need to wait until they reopen before submitting new claims and cases.

We will also be launching an online client area shortly to help you stay informed while restrictions remain in place. Clients will receive access credentials so they can log in, check the progress of their case and see which of our lawyers has been assigned. While the courts are closed, updates may be limited; once they are operating as normal again, you will be able to follow your case progress online.

We understand that finding the right time to sit down and discuss timeshare concerns isn’t always easy. However, if you are spending more time at home, this could be a useful opportunity to review your situation and consider your options, including timeshare exit. We provide timeshare relinquishment, claims and advice services, and you can contact our legal team during lockdown via online chat or by calling to book a consultation.

Finally, we would like to wish you good health and reassure you that we remain available should you need to stay in touch during Covid-19.
