CLC World are selling timeshare again!

The latest news from Timeshare Advice Centre and European Consumer Claims.

Following the discontinuation of the sales department more than four years ago, CLC World have started once again to sell timeshare points.

Since they paused their timeshare sales operation in 2021, CLC have focused on selling real estate through their IDILIQ brand. This included selling off some of the CLC inventory, leaving less availability for remaining members.

A big push was made on approaching existing CLC members in an attempt to persuade them to trade in their CLC ownerships to purchase one of the properties.

Now, as we did previously, we ask the questions:

1 - ‘WHO’ is now selling the timeshare? Is it CLC World…or Wyndham…or IDILIQ???

2 - What company is named on the contract?

3 - How are CLC World managing to sell timeshare points following changes to the Spanish legal landscape?

CLC is still going through the administration process with much of their assets tied up in the liquidation to pay off the long list of creditors.

Availability, exclusivity and resort standards at CLC have declined, and with many existing members now at the point of just handing back their ownership, it is surprising that timeshare sales have restarted at all.
