CLC World are selling timeshare again!

Latest Blog update from Timeshare Advice Centre.

More than four years after closing their sales department, CLC World appear to have started selling timeshare points again.

Since pausing their timeshare sales operation in 2021, CLC have focused on selling real estate through their IDILIQ brand. This has included selling off some CLC inventory, which has reduced availability for remaining members.

There was also a strong push to approach existing CLC members, encouraging them to trade in their CLC ownership to purchase one of these properties.

Now, as before, we’re asking the key questions:

1 - ‘WHO’ is selling the timeshare points now? Is it CLC World… Wyndham… or IDILIQ?

2 - Which company name appears on the contract?

3 - How are CLC World able to sell timeshare points given changes to the Spanish legal landscape?

CLC is still going through the administration process, with many of its assets tied up in liquidation to pay a long list of creditors.

With availability, exclusivity and resort standards at CLC reportedly in decline, and with many existing members now looking to hand back their ownership, it is surprising that timeshare sales have restarted at all.
