Jurisdiction Decisions
Four positive results valued at £49,024
In all four cases, the defence (Diamond Resorts) argued the claims should not be heard under Spanish jurisdiction. The judge ruled in our favour in each case, confirming the Spanish courts are competent to proceed.
All four cases will now move on to the next stage.
