Our legal team secured eight results, with a total of £111,465 awarded. Below is a breakdown of these substantive Spanish court timeshare contract nullity cases.
CLC Sucursal & Continental (4 cases)
Four wins were against CLC Sucursal & Continental. In each case, the court declared the contracts null due to missing information about the accommodation, when it could be used, and the contract term. Total awarded: £199,815.
Tasolan (Palm Oasis) (3 cases)
Three cases were against Tasolan (Palm Oasis). In the first, the Court of Appeal upheld the first-instance judgment, confirming the contract nullity on all points and ordering Tasolan to pay legal costs. Awarded: £11,930. Two further awards were made against Tasolan, totalling £15,368.
Silverpoint Vacations (1 case)
The final case was against Silverpoint Vacations. The contract was declared null due to a lack of information about the accommodation, when it could be used, and the contract duration. Awarded: £12,259. This client has already been included in the list of creditors before the Mercantile Court in Silverpoint’s liquidation.
CLC jurisdiction decision (positive result)
One positive jurisdiction result, valued at £18,497, was obtained against CLC. This case will now proceed to the next step.
