Our legal team secured 11 further court victories against Club La Costa (CLC) this week, continuing a strong run of successful outcomes. These Club La Costa claims were issued under the contractual names Sucursal and Continental Resorts. Across the 11 CLC judgments, the total awarded comes to £155,134.
In addition to the Club La Costa results, we also obtained a favourable judgment against Diamond Resorts valued at £18,093, along with a further judgment against Anfi Sales & Anfi Resorts valued at £9,149.
