The final week of January brought seven further substantive court victories for our legal team, adding to an already strong run of results across several major timeshare operators.
Of those seven decisions, four cases were against Club La Costa (CLC), with a combined total of £51,829 awarded to our clients. A further two cases were against Anfi Sales & Anfi Resorts, resulting in £36,394 in awards. The seventh win was secured against Diamond Resorts, with £15,217 awarded.
Alongside these substantive outcomes, the team also recorded a particularly busy week for jurisdiction judgements. In total, fourteen additional favourable judgements were handed down, and all were against Club La Costa.
In these jurisdiction matters, the contractual entities referenced were CLC Sucursal and CLC Continental Resorts. The hearings took place across the Arona and Fuengirola courts, further strengthening this late-January set of CLC-related results.
