Over the past week, 10 of our 12 substantive court judgments were handed down against Club La Costa (CLC) entities, including Paradise Trading and Sucursal España. These Club La Costa court wins were heard in the Spanish courts of Arona and Fuengirola. Across the 10 CLC-related cases, the courts awarded a combined total of £163,003.
The remaining two substantive wins were issued against Ecomar & Leisure Dimensions Sucursal España and Explotación Hotelera P.A. Together, these judgments resulted in £24,600 in awards.
In addition to the substantive decisions above, we also secured a further nine favourable jurisdiction judgments connected to Club La Costa. These related rulings involved CLC under its contractual names CLC Sucursal, CLC Continental Resorts and CLC Paradise Trading, reflecting the different entities and contract branding that can appear in CLC timeshare legal claims and related proceedings in Spain.
