£23k+ awarded in Spanish timeshare court wins, including an Anfi case victory

Latest Recent Victories update from Timeshare Advice Centre.

Last week, in a timeshare dispute against Diamond heard at the Fuengirola court, our legal team secured another favourable substantive judgement. The judge declared the Diamond timeshare contract null after it became clear the agreement did not contain enough information to meet the required legal standards. As a result, our clients were awarded £12,349.

We also achieved two further timeshare court wins in Spain: one judgement against CLC Sucursal and another against Albatros Ventas. Combined, these awards totalled £23,703, adding to a strong week of results across multiple cases.

The standout result was an Anfi matter, delivering an Anfi timeshare court case win with an award of £23,983 (almost £24,000). In this case, the court found in the clients’ favour and the Anfi timeshare contract was declared null, reinforcing the importance of properly drafted and fully compliant documentation in timeshare agreements.

Alongside these substantive outcomes, we also saw progress on procedural points. On jurisdiction decisions, last week brought five further wins against Club La Costa, supporting the wider set of claims being pursued.
