Last week, we secured a significant court win against Silverpoint at Arona Court. In this Arona Court Silverpoint case, the judge declared the timeshare contract null and void after finding that the agreement was missing key information and did not meet the relevant legal requirements. As a result, our clients were awarded £18,912 in this Silverpoint timeshare court win.
This outcome reflects the importance of contracts being properly set out and compliant, particularly where essential details are absent or unclear. When a Silverpoint contract is declared null and void, it can lead to the agreement being treated as having no legal effect, which is why successful claims can result in compensation being awarded by the court.
We also recorded further wins against Anfi. Our legal team received favourable judgments in all three cases heard in court this week, with total awards of £60,351. These results add to a strong run of outcomes in court, with each decision confirming the judge’s agreement with the arguments presented on behalf of our clients.
In addition, we obtained five more favourable jurisdiction rulings against Club La Costa. While jurisdiction decisions do not always determine the final outcome on their own, they are an important step that can allow cases to proceed in the appropriate court and keep claims moving forward.
