Last week, our legal team secured six substantive timeshare court wins in Spain, delivering a series of successful judgments across several well-known operators. These outcomes included a case against Majexo, where the court declared the timeshare contract null and void, alongside further awards in claims brought against Anfi and Diamond Resorts.
In the Anfi case, the court awarded £12,553. In the Diamond Resorts matter, the court awarded £24,449. Each result reflects a clear court finding in the client’s favour, with the awards set out in the relevant judgments.
We also concluded three substantive Club La Costa Continental court cases, with a combined total of £51,116 awarded. These Club La Costa outcomes form a significant part of the week’s results and add to the growing body of court decisions involving timeshare agreements and associated claims in Spain.
Separately, our team obtained favourable judgments in five individual jurisdiction cases against Club La Costa Sucursal in the Fuengirola Court. These matters focused on jurisdiction and were determined in our clients’ favour, helping to move their cases forward through the Spanish court process.
