Last week, our legal team secured favourable judgments in four separate Club La Costa court case results, with Club La Costa compensation awarded totalling £65,068. In one case—typical of many CLC claims—the court found a timeshare contract lacking determination and key details. The agreement’s duration was unclear (making it unlawful), reflecting a timeshare contract unclear duration ruling. The contract was also presented as an “investment” that clients would need to sell in the future.
We also achieved a Silverpoint Vacations court ruling, with £8,022 awarded.
A Diamond Resorts Tenerife court judgement was also handed down, with total awards of £13,790. The case was heard in the AP Tenerife Court.
Alongside these substantive wins, we’ve secured six Club La Costa jurisdiction ruling decisions against CLC (under the contractual names CLC Continental and CLC Sucursal), as well as an additional jurisdiction success against Diamond Resorts.
