Over £27,890 Club La Costa court victory as contract declared null under Law 04/2012

Latest Recent Victories update from Timeshare Advice Centre.

Last week, our largest court victory was against Club La Costa, with £27,890 awarded. The judgment was based on Law 04/2012, which resulted in contract nullity. In practice, the court found that the agreement lacked sufficient detail, exceeded the legal time period and had been sold as a property investment.

We also secured two court wins against Tasolan, both heard at the San Bartolomé de Tirajana Court. Together, these judgments totalled £11,643 in awarded monies.

In addition, we obtained a favourable judgment against Ecomar & Leisure Dimensions, with £6,797 awarded to the clients, and a further favourable judgment against Infiniti Resort Sales for £3,600. Both judgments were made by default, as the opposing parties did not respond. In each case, the court’s decision was based on the contracts exceeding the legal time period and the subject of the agreements not being described properly.
