Over the past week, we have achieved successful outcomes in timeshare cases against Diamond, Anfi and Club La Costa.
Our case against Diamond was heard at Fuengirola Court. The court found that the timeshare contract issued to our client did not include sufficient detail about the accommodation requirements to meet legal standards. In this matter, our legal team secured £15,011 in awards for the client.
In the second case, against Club La Costa, the contractual agreement was found to be similarly lacking in the required accommodation detail. This case was also heard in Fuengirola Court, where the client was awarded a total of £26,031, plus costs.
The case against Anfi was heard in the High Court after the resort appealed the initial judgment. We successfully upheld the previous decision, and Anfi was also ordered to pay costs, leaving the claimant with £11,218 in awards.
Alongside these substantive wins, we have also obtained a further six jurisdiction-favourable judgments against CLC Surcursal.
