In one of our most recent court victories against Club La Costa (CLC), our legal team secured a favourable judgment resulting in £43,085.26 awarded to our clients. We also achieved a further two wins against Club La Costa Sucursal, bringing an additional £16,799.16 in awards. All three cases were heard in Fuengirola, Spain. In each matter, the court found that the contracts lacked clear information and wording, and did not meet legal requirements.
We also had three defeats against Anfi Sales & Anfi Resorts. These cases were heard in Gran Canaria, with a combined total of £49,194.30 awarded. The contracts were found to contain illegalities, including insufficient information about the accommodation.
In addition, we secured a victory against Tasolán, with £26,000.31 awarded to our clients.
