In a recent court win against Club La Costa (CLC), our legal team secured a favourable judgment with £43,085.26 awarded to our clients. We also achieved a further two wins against Club La Costa Sucursal, with awards totalling £16,799.16. All three Club La Costa court cases were heard in Fuengirola, Spain. In each case, the timeshare contracts were found to be unclear in their wording and information, and did not meet the requirements of the law.
We also had three defeats against Anfi Sales & Anfi Resorts. These cases were heard in Gran Canaria, with a combined total of £49,194.30 awarded. The contracts were found to contain illegalities, including insufficient information about the accommodation. In addition, we secured a win against Tasolán, with £26,000.31 awarded to our clients.
Our legal team has also achieved further results in other jurisdictions, including six wins against CLC and another win against MacDonald Resorts.
