£48,639 victory in Anfi Sales court case as timeshare contract declared null and void

Latest Recent Victories update from Timeshare Advice Centre.

Our largest favourable judgment this week was in an Anfi Sales case heard at the Court of San Bartolomé de Tirajana. The contract was found to exceed the legal time limit and to lack specific accommodation details, which led to immediate nullity. The claim was awarded in full for £48,639, with costs also awarded.

We also secured a further win in a case against Ona Group, heard at the Court of Palma de Mallorca, resulting in an award of £31,436.

More victories followed this week: one against Diamond Resorts and the remainder against Club La Costa. In one substantive case, our clients were awarded £13,789. In a further three jurisdiction cases, the judge confirmed that, as the plaintiffs are customers located in the United Kingdom, they may choose where to bring the claim.
