More clients totally awarded: Anfi and Club La Costa timeshare contract nullity wins in Spain

Latest Recent Victories update from Timeshare Advice Centre.

Our Anfi timeshare court case was heard at San Bartolomé Tirajana Court No. 5. The judge declared the Anfi timeshare contract null and also confirmed the nullity of the associated financial loan (including interest). Anfi were ordered to reimburse the full amount, with interest calculated from the purchase date. For this client, that means 15 years’ interest added to the £12,616 awarded.

This week we also secured a further win against Club La Costa Sucursal at Fuengirola Court No. 5. In this case, the contract was found to lack key accommodation details, including what the owner could use and when. We’re pleased to confirm the client was awarded the full amount: £15,271.68, including costs.

In addition, there were four more jurisdiction cases against Club La Costa, under the contractual names Club La Costa Sucursal en España and Club La Costa UK Sucursal, all of which were successful.
