Just days before the Christmas break, the M1 Legal team were still working in court and secured another positive result in a Club La Costa contract claim against Club La Costa Paradise Trading. In this case, the Club La Costa contract provided to our clients was found to be missing key information required to meet legal requirements, meaning it did not comply as it should.
The matter was heard at Arona Court in Arona, where the Judge ruled the contract invalid and awarded our clients £16,643.
