Just before Christmas, M1 Legal secured another court win against Silverpoint Vacations following a hearing at the High Court in Tenerife, Canary Islands. The case centred on a Silverpoint Vacations timeshare contract held by our clients, which the court found did not meet certain legal requirements. In particular, the contract included terms that did not comply with the rules governing contract duration and the way accommodation was set out within the agreement.
As a result, the court upheld our clients’ claim and the Judge awarded £19,476 in compensation.
