We are pleased to share news of another court hearing involving Anfi Group that concluded in favour of M1 Legal.
In this matter, the court found that the timeshare contract exceeded the legal limit set out under Spanish timeshare law. On that basis, the agreement was declared null and void. The court also noted that the contract did not include the required level of detail, meaning it was not compliant with Spanish timeshare legislation.
These points are important because Spanish timeshare rules place clear boundaries on how agreements must be set up, including legal time limits and specific contractual information. Where those requirements are not met, courts may determine that the contract cannot stand.
Our M1 Legal team supported the client throughout the court process, from reviewing the paperwork through to progressing the case to a hearing, and helped secure a positive outcome. The client was awarded £10,154.
This decision adds to the growing list of court outcomes relating to Anfi timeshare contracts and reinforces the significance of Spanish timeshare law when a legal limit has been exceeded or contractual details are missing.
Another strong result for M1 Legal — and another satisfied client.
