This week, M1 Legal attended four timeshare hearings against Anfi Group at the Court of First Instance in San Bartolomé, Gran Canaria.
The claims related to timeshare contracts issued under the following contractual names:
- Anfi Sales S.L. & Anfi Tauro Resorts Management S.L.
- Anfi Sales S.L.
Across all four cases, the court found the timeshare contracts were in perpetuity, meaning they had no stated end date. It was also established that none of the agreements set out minimum accommodation requirements, leaving key terms unclear.
In each matter, the judge ruled in favour of M1 Legal. As a result of these Gran Canaria court rulings involving Anfi Group timeshare agreements, the total amount awarded to clients came to £55,779 across the four cases.
These outcomes add up to a notable week of results for M1 Legal in court proceedings involving Anfi, with four decisions in the Court of First Instance all going the clients’ way.
