M1 Legal are pleased to report a further successful court outcome against Club La Costa, following a hearing at the Court of First Instance in Fuengirola on Spain’s Costa del Sol.
In this Club La Costa court case outcome, the court found that the contract did not include the minimum information about the accommodation that is required by law. In practical terms, the agreement failed to properly set out key details that should be clearly stated in a timeshare contract.
As a result, the judge ordered Club La Costa to pay the client £17,265.
This decision underlines the importance of meeting Club La Costa contract legal requirements and shows how gaps in mandatory contract information can lead to a successful claim.
Another positive result from M1 Legal.
