Double victory: Club La Costa contracts ruled null and void in Fuengirola court

Latest Recent Victories update from Timeshare Advice Centre.

M1 Legal are pleased to report a “double victory” against Club La Costa after two separate hearings.

Both cases were heard at the Court of First Instance in Fuengirola, on Spain’s Costa del Sol.

In each hearing, the court found that the timeshare contracts did not set out the minimum legal requirements relating to the accommodation.

The contracts were in the names of:

-Continental Resort Services SLU
-Club La Costa (UK) PLC Sucursal en España

The judge ruled that both contracts were null and void and issued a court order requiring Club La Costa to pay M1 Legal’s clients £22,659 and £14,533.

A further positive result for M1 Legal’s clients following the Club La Costa court ruling in Fuengirola.
