Following a hearing at the Court of First Instance in Tenerife, M1 Legal reported another court win in a legal case involving Diamond Resorts.
Two Diamond Resorts entities were named in the proceedings:
- Diamond Resorts Europe Limited Sucursal En España
- Diamond Resorts Tenerife Sales SL.
The clients held two Diamond Resorts timeshare contracts. The court heard that the agreements did not set out essential accommodation details, including what was purchased, when it could be used, and the length of time it could be used for.
The judge declared both contracts null and void.
Diamond Resorts were ordered to pay the client £16,491.20, plus legal interest and all procedural costs.
Another positive outcome for M1 Legal and their client.
