Spanish timeshare court victory against Club La Costa: contract null and void, £30,480 awarded

The matter was then heard at the Court of First Instance Fuengirola Club La Costa, where it emerged that the agreement failed to meet Club La Costa timeshare legal minimum requirements, with Club La Costa contract accommodation details missing, including Land Registry information and the period of use.

The contractual name used in this instance was Club La Costa UK PLC Sucursal en España case.

The court made a Club La Costa contract null and void ruling and ordered Club La Costa to pay £30,480, a Club La Costa timeshare compensation ruling.

This marks an M1 Legal victory against Club La Costa, and we congratulate their clients.
