We are pleased to report SIX Anfi Group court victories, in which all six Anfi timeshare contracts were declared null and void.
Across these cases, the courts identified one, two or all of the issues below, which ultimately secured the successful outcomes.
- Perpetuity contract ruling – the agreement had no end date.
- No cooling-off period – the required cancellation period was not provided.
- Lack of product details – insufficient information about what was purchased, such as when it could be used, for how long, the type of accommodation (for example, 1-bed or 2-bed), and missing land registry details.
In total, Anfi Group was ordered to pay £75,251 in compensation.
A strong outcome for M1 Legal and their clients, reflecting ongoing Spanish Supreme Court Anfi timeshare rulings where contracts have been found non-compliant.
