We can confirm a positive court case update in the claim against Explotación Hotelera Parque Albatros S.A. Following an earlier judgment in our favour, the defence lodged an appeal in an attempt to overturn the decision. That appeal has now been dismissed, meaning M1 Legal has successfully defended the original outcome. The appeal court upheld the ruling after Explotación Hotelera Parque Albatros S.A. continued to deny liability, with the judge again finding in our favour.
As a result of the upheld decision, Parque Albatros was ordered to pay £16,490.
This outcome confirms the original judgment stands and brings the appeal stage of the case to a close, marking another strong result for M1 Legal.
