M1 Legal has secured a further four judgements against Anfi Group, with the court awarding a total of £49,294.
These latest Anfi judgements relate to timeshare agreements that, in the court’s view, did not meet the required contractual standards. In particular, the court found that the contracts failed to set out the minimum required details about the accommodation covered by the agreement, leaving important information unclear.
The judge also identified a key issue in two of the contracts: they did not specify an end date. An Anfi timeshare contract with no end date was treated as defective, which strengthened the claim that the agreements were not valid as written.
On that basis, the court ruled that all four contracts were null and void. This means the agreements were treated as having no legal effect, reflecting the court’s findings on the missing mandatory details and, in two cases, the absence of a contractual end date.
This is another strong result delivered by M1 Legal on behalf of their clients, adding to the growing list of outcomes where an Anfi Group contract was found null and void following judicial scrutiny.
