M1 Legal is kicking off 2019 with another Club La Costa High Court victory, after a Spanish court ruling found a Club La Costa timeshare contract to be unlawful.
In this Club La Costa timeshare court ruling, the Spanish courts sided with our clients and concluded that their contract failed to meet the legal minimum requirements. As a result, the judge declared the agreement null and void and ordered a payout of £29,556.
This latest Spanish court ruling on Club La Costa underlines the importance of timeshare contracts meeting the standards required by law, and shows that consumers can successfully challenge agreements that fall short.
Congratulations to M1 Legal and our very happy client on an excellent start to the year.
