Our legal partners at M1 Legal secured another Airtours Anfi timeshare court win last month against Airtours (Anfinpan S.L). The court reviewed the Airtours timeshare agreement and found that the Anfinpan S.L contract was in perpetuity – meaning it had no end date – and did not meet the minimum legal requirements highlighted in the case.
In this Airtours timeshare cancellation case, the judge ruled that the Airtours timeshare contract was null and void. As a result, our client was awarded £10,960 in compensation, plus an additional payment of £4,162. This outcome reinforces the importance of a timeshare contract setting out clear terms, including an identifiable duration, rather than being written to run indefinitely.
