M1 Legal are pleased to report a further three victories against Anfi as 2018 draws to a close.
In the first case, the court awarded £21,430 after finding that the Anfi contract did not meet the minimum legal requirements.
In the second case, the award totalled £16,066, plus an additional £1,960 because the deposit was paid within the cooling-off period. The judge also noted that the contract had no end date (i.e. it was in perpetuity).
In the final case, the court awarded £6,828, plus a further £9,600 for early payment in full. Again, the contract was in perpetuity and did not comply with minimum legal requirements.
In all three cases, the judge ruled the Anfi timeshare contracts null and void and ordered the above payments to be made to the clients.
A strong end to 2018 for M1 Legal in cases against Anfi Group.
