Triple victory against Anfi Group: three timeshare contracts declared null and void, £38,765 awarded

Latest Recent Victories update from Timeshare Advice Centre.

Triple victory against Anfi Group – three more timeshare contracts have been quashed, with the court finding each agreement null and void and awarding a total of £38,765.

The ruling covered three separate agreements with Anfi Group. Two of the contracts were in perpetuity, meaning the paperwork did not include a clear end date. The judge considered those open-ended arrangements to be unlawful and, alongside other failings, concluded that the contracts should be cancelled.

In all three cases, the court found that the contracts did not meet the minimum legal requirements expected of timeshare agreements. Because of these defects, the judge declared each contract null and void, effectively bringing them to an end. The combined award across the three cases came to £38,765.

If you are wondering how to cancel an Anfi timeshare contract, outcomes like this highlight why the contract terms and documentation matter—particularly where an agreement has no defined end date or does not comply with required standards.

Congratulations to our clients and M1 legal.
