Anfi Resorts appeal dismissed: Las Palmas court upholds £19,607 refund and void contract

Latest Recent Victories update from Timeshare Advice Centre.

The court of first instance has issued a judgment ordering an Anfi Resorts refund, plus interest, totalling £19,607, and confirming that the Anfi timeshare contract is null and void. In practical terms, this means the agreement has been treated as invalid and the refund award has been made in the client’s favour.

Anfi Resorts appealed the decision. However, the Las Palmas court of appeal has upheld the original ruling, leaving the first judgment in place — in other words, the Anfi Resorts appeal has been dismissed. The appellate court’s decision maintains both the declaration that the contract is void and the order for repayment.

This latest Anfi timeshare legal case update confirms that the refund decision has not been overturned on appeal. For the client, it secures the outcome already awarded by the lower court: a £19,607 refund (plus interest) and a finding that the timeshare contract is invalid. The case also marks another successful result for the legal team, with M1 Legal defending the original judgment as the Las Palmas court confirms the Anfi ruling and keeps the Anfi timeshare refund judgment in force.
