Anfi timeshare court victories: contracts ruled null and void with £70,000+ compensation

Latest Recent Victories update from Timeshare Advice Centre.

Three of our most recent court victories have been against Anfi. In each case, the court cancelled the timeshare agreement and ordered compensation, with total payouts of more than £70,000 across three sets of clients.

Across all three matters, the Anfi timeshare contract was ruled null and void. However, the compensation was awarded on different grounds in each case, reflecting the issues identified by the court and the circumstances surrounding each purchase.

In one case, the clients were awarded £18,000 in compensation plus legal costs. The agreement was signed in perpetuity and did not include a full description of the allocated accommodation, meaning key contractual details were not properly set out.

In the other two cases, the clients paid their deposits within the first three months of signing. The court ordered awards of £26,800 and £25,254, each including double the deposit amount as part of the compensation.

These results show how contract terms and the timing of payments can influence both the court’s decision and the level of compensation that may be ordered where an agreement is found to be invalid.

Congratulations to our clients and our lawyers at M1 Legal.
