Our clients received a cheque this week for €20,000 after agreeing a timeshare out of court settlement Spain. The Airtours Beach Club settlement, paid by the resort Anfinpan Airtours Beach Club, was reached following an Anfi Airtours Beach Club legal case based on how the agreement was set up and sold.
In simple terms, the contract was written as an Airtours Beach Club perpetuity contract (an Airtours Beach Club contract in perpetuity), and the resort also accepted money within the Airtours Beach Club cooling off period deposit window. These points formed the basis of the Anfi Airtours Beach Club claim and helped bring the matter to a close without the need for a full court hearing.
