Our legal partners at M1 Legal secured another court win yesterday against Continental Resorts SLU (Club La Costa). In this Continental Resorts SLU legal claim win, the Club La Costa contract declared null and void, meaning the agreement has no legal effect.
The court awarded our client £35,925, plus a further £13,584 as a double refund of the advanced payment. This reflects a Club La Costa advanced payment double refund outcome, alongside the main award.
As part of the ruling, the resort must also pay Club La Costa legal interest and costs, with interest running from the date the claim was filed and the client’s legal costs covered. It is a clear Club La Costa refund court victory and a further example of a successful Club La Costa contract cancellation court ruling, delivering meaningful Club La Costa timeshare claim compensation for our client.
