The Anfi group is paying out once again after a successful win against Anfi timeshare for another one of our clients.
In this matter, the Judge reviewed the agreement and found it ran beyond the legal limit because it was an Anfi timeshare contract in perpetuity. In other words, it was an Anfi timeshare contract over 50 years, which meant the court could not uphold it in its current form. Following this Anfi timeshare court ruling, the agreement was declared an Anfi contract null and void.
As part of the Anfi timeshare refund judgement, Anfi was ordered to repay £8,447.68 of the £10,036.68 originally paid. The client was also awarded Anfi timeshare legal interest awarded from 2006, reflecting the time that has passed in this Anfi timeshare legal case. Altogether, the outcome delivered a clear Anfi timeshare claim payout and brought the dispute to a decisive conclusion.
Congratulations to our legal team for securing this result and guiding the client through the process from start to finish.
