We are pleased to report that we have just helped one of our clients secure a settlement in relation to their timeshare purchase with H10 Premium Vacations.
After we pursued the matter with both the lending provider and the resort, H10 Premium Vacations agreed to an H10 timeshare contract cancellation, the removal of all related liabilities, and a full refund of all monies paid. The total value of the settlement is $14,475.
Our client reported that the sales representative at Ocean Blue and Sand Beach Resort in the Dominican Republic misrepresented key information. A deposit was taken on the day, with no cooling off period offered, and he was told a number of untruths that led him to sign the contract.
Our client is now free of the timeshare contract and any liabilities, and is pleased to have had his money returned.
