In total, 21 Spanish timeshare contracts were declared null and void by the Spanish courts. Spanish consumer protection law introduced in 2015 strengthened safeguards against illegal timeshare practices. If you hold a Spanish timeshare contract dated after 5 January 1999, you could potentially be entitled to a lump-sum award.
M1 Legal on Track for a Record Year
Since January 2021, M1 Legal has secured 139 awards valued at £2.4 million — almost double the amount achieved in the same period last year.
