1st Court of Instance:

• Diamond Resorts - The nullity of the contract was determined by the lack of information regarding the contract length and accommodation details under Spanish law 04/2012, we won the court costs. £22,537 awarded.
• Anfi - The nullity of the contract was determined by the lack of information regarding the contract length and accommodation details under Spanish law 04/2012, we won the court costs. £26,961 awarded.
• Club La Costa - The nullity of the contract was determined by the lack of information regarding the contract length and the accommodation details under Spanish law 04/2012, we won the court costs. £18,608 awarded.

Jurisdiction Hearings:

7 Jurisdiction Victories valued at £84,193

M1 legal secured 7 jurisdiction victories last week, 5 against Club La Costa and 2 against Diamond Resorts. The defence challenged the cases being heard in Spanish jurisdiction. All cases will now proceed to the next step.
