Anfi Sales have been defeated in another case against them pursued by M1 Legal. In this case, it was the same situation as so many others. Our clients had a contract with an end date that would never arrive. When taken to court, in San Bartolomé de Tirajana, this contract was immediately deemed null and void by the judge.

Anfi Sales & Anfi Resorts were ordered to pay the client £10,168
